Masochism and Ice baths

On the spur of the moment decided to go for a 10k run on the high peak trail on the rain. Then took an ice bath to reduce muscle soreness. Whole thing was good for me but epically painful. Couldnt be Andy Murray. now looking down the barrel if a day at Alton towers. Hopefully followed by looking into kahnemann's new book - thinking fast and slow.
